FILMMAKER, PRODUCER — CINEMA, AI & EMERGING TECHNOLOGY
Anurag Tiwari is a filmmaker and producer working at the intersection of cinema, artificial intelligence and emerging technology.
With a decade in traditional filmmaking and more than three years working with AI as a creative tool, he creates original films, series, visual worlds and experimental formats across science fiction, horror, satire, documentary and alternate history.
His original IPs include Prakash Bharati, a Hindi satire series in which 1980s-style news anchors report on India today, which has reached more than 10 million people, and Vyomnagar, a retro science-fiction series set in an alternate-history India. His films have won the Best Jury Award at Runway Gen:48 and top honours at the Mumbai AI Filmmaking Hackathon and the LTX Shortest AI Film Festival, and have been officially screened at IFFI Goa.
He is an Adobe Ambassador, a Google Flow tools partner and contributor, and a creative partner to Runway, Luma, Magnific and Dreamina. He has served on the jury of the Japan AI Film Festival and spoken at the Creative Economy Forum and India Film Project.
His work explores how new tools can expand cinematic imagination, not replace it.
